Senior Photos in Valdez That Grow as Fast as the Fireweed

As a former high school girl who had no clue where I fit at in the world, I know how intimidating school portraits can be. The "I don't know how to pose" thoughts or the "I look so awkward in photos" ideas popped into my head right before my senior session, back in the olden days. (At least that's what my kids call 2007)

Now as an adult, I realize how confident I should have been at that age!! I didn't realize how much I had going for me. If only I had a photographer that built me up and made me see how the world probably saw me. Not the bad home video that made me look like a gopher.

That's where I strive to shine. Whether you have a a senior who needs extra care, or a social media model, I have got you. They don't need to know how to pose. They don't even need to know how to smile. (This might be the hardest skill a teen boy can master!!!) And if your senior boy doesn't want to pose or smile, I have got that, too!!!

My goal is to make them comfortable, give gentle feed back that builds their confidence, AND get portraits that show them how truly magnificent they really are. Senior photos are my favorite. These kids have worked so hard to make the beginnings of their grand adventure, and their parents have poured their heart and soul into raising them. You can feel in that big things that are coming their way.
